Tina Arena est une chanteuse australienne d'origine sicilienne. Filippina Lydia Arena de son vrai nom, elle est née le 1er novembre 1967 à Melbourne.
Elle parle d'abord italien jusqu'à l'âge de cinq ans puis devient anglophone, elle s'essaie pourtant au français à partir de 1999, afin de conquérir le public francophone. Elle y parvient avec succès, grâce, entre autres, au frère de Jean-Jacques Goldman, Robert.
En 1998, elle a interprété en duo avec Marc Anthony, I Want to Spend my Lifetime Loving You, la chanson de la bande-originale du film Le Masque de Zorro composée par James Horner et Will Jennings.
En 2000, elle chante pour l'ouverture des jeux olympiques de Sydney.
Elle est la maman d'un petit Gabriel né le 17 novembre 2005.
